Problema con Caja de Texto!

Tengo un problema con la edición de la caja de texto en Ning, pero sólo en la página principa. En llas otras páginas se puede editar sin problemas.
No logro ver la barra de texto enriquecido, adjunto captura para que puedan ver el detalle.
Alguien puede ayudarme???

I have the same problems.
I ask me if it's the updates of windows every days for "Windows 7" make this problems.
