The Community Chat App is causing our mage to crash. any thoughts?

go to blendapps and get a userplane chat. use the popout option. go to manager and click on tab manager. create a tab to open in new window and then embed the code on that page..or make a subtab and place it where you want to..mine is a subtab under the tab called communications..the chat will popout and your members can still roam around your site..I also added a text box to the right side of my page(in the green area) and placed the popout button there, now everyone one has access to it from their own page. Also you may want to resize the chat to about 840h & 800w..Hope this helps.
