It's clear you have not done enough work on Ning yet to have him steal from you. I am sure after you have been ripped off, your opinion will change, unless of course you support this type of activity and in turn steal others ideas and code.

Please don't assume anything. I've been around for awhile and had people steal from me before - mostly illustrations since that's what I specialize in. I know that horrible feeling in the pit of your stomach. All I'm saying here is to keep the obscenities to a minimum and keep it professional. Take care of what you need to do, fill out a form, get Ning to ban him, whatever. Just keep it professional.
