display latest activity feed on a seperate page?

Hi,

I'd like to display the latest activity on a separate and longer page than that on the main page (so much action, it really doesn't show enough!).

Is there any way to display that rss on a separate page? Please, if you can help me out - I'm sure one day I'll return the favor!

Hi David,

one option is maybe to use twitter and for example twitterfeed. Then you can save the complete history of your networks latest activity. Link your twitter page with a sub tab of your network and your members can check all activities via twitter.

Thanks and Yes, I did think of this (but after awhile...). I already have a twitter link on the site , my frustration is that so much happens and there is no record of it, on the community. And twitter, you can't iframe, ugh....

I will get a solution!

yes, I tried this and was also frustrated too that you can't iframe twitter. I realized it as a subtub of the "community" tab and twitterfeed.com is mostly good working to catch each new activity. I designed my twitter like a page of my network but I have to say that the theme/design of my network is very simple. You can see what I mean here or of course via twitter

Good luck to find a better solution like this ...

but you can iframe the twitter widget and I realized it now with this widget

Try this, click the RSS Feed for Latest Activity (it will then go to the feed where people can sign up), copy that feed code. Create a new page and wrap the feed in an iFrame and see if that will return the latest activity on the page for you.
