xml-rpc accesspoint?

Hi --
I'm trying to set up my blog link through the new browser flock.com and it can't find the api accesspoint.
In order to connect it's asking me:
1) choose one: Atom / MetaWeblog / Movabletype (I'm assuming its MetaWeblog)
2) xml-rpc accesspoint -- is this my url + xmlrpc.php?
photographyforrealestate.ning.com/xmlrpc.php

I'd really like to know this too, as I am using deepest sender to cross post to all of my blogs from one place. Mine is different in that I post my blog here http://tammies.ning.com/profile/gammalikeveryultra/. If someone could chime in and let me know the proper url to access my blog api I'd really appreciate it.

I did a quick web search and found nothing. I tried appending xmlrpc.php to my address (troutpad.com) - no go. If you get an answer it would be great to know.
