centering the ad banner on the login page

i'm using the code for the adbanner beneath the nav and its centered perfect, but when i go login on the other page it adbanner on top shifts to the right.

im using the code you gave ("HEADLINER HTML") and like i said it works, it just shifts to the right on the second login page where the "we use Ning ID for authentication" part is at. could you help me?
