Share 'Flash header issue. Help needed!'

Hi there, I have successfully set a swf as header in my new network page. But the header pushes down the tab set, leaving a higher empty space between the tabs and the header. In both examples (below), Flash and image are the same size: 955x264. I'm putting across the example of the image as this having the same dimensions, won't mess the original layout.
