Share 'Can i change the layout of Groups page'

Good Afternoon, I want to change the layout of the Groups page. What i need to do is to make the page a 2 column page, where i want to delete the middle column and take its content to the last column. Is it possible. I think there is a layout xml somewhere (I dont know where) in which i have to make changes. Let me know if i am on the right track. Thanks!!!
