Share 'Adding a Tab and Page - Stopped working'

I probably screwed this up.... on www.vinoshippersocial.com ( a ning social network) I think ( its been a while ) I used the Easy Page Add by using the http://examplenetwork.ning.com/page/instance/edit replacing examplenetwork with vinoshipper and created a NEWS TAB and PAGES (that may have been the NOTES pages that I renamed NEWS - like I said its been awhile since I looked at this.) Any way...
