Share 'Header Image shows at the bottom of page behind body content!'

When creating the new site http://mercyandgraceministry.ning.com/ I added a header image to the "CAMO" theme that when saved shows up at the BOTTOM of the home page behind body content instead of the top as usual! I suspected the theme's default css and examined it but found nothing unusual. This is the header image: M&GM-Header I appreciate the help.
