Share 'How do I add an extra blog module to the main page?'

I searched but couldn't find an answer, so apologies if this has been asked before. Is there a simple way to add a second blog module to the main page? I'd like to be able to have an "official" blog that administrators write, and also allow all the members to blog but have theirs show up in a different module on the main page. Thanks!
