why is Ning forcing nofollow in text boxes?
I'm very disappointed to see the nofollow tags being forced on all the links in text boxes... is there a way to defeat that?
I understand why you would apply nofollow to some user generated content to prevent spam, but when you apply nofollow to links added by the network creator, you are destroying value built through our hard work.
The nofollow tag is designed to say to a search engine "this content may not be trustworthy" or "this is a paid link". it's unreasonable for Ning to make that decision on my behalf.
Please show me away to eliminate those no follow tags.
