Help! I mistakenly changed the redirect address and now my site is down!

Hi - am freaking here - I changed the redirect address on www.greenparentsnetwork.com and it is now stuck in a loop and so I can't get on the site to fix it. Help help help!! I reported this and have an open ticket but am not sure when I'll hear back. Many thanks in advance. Best, Mary Beth

You should wait tech support to fix this 'forever loop' incident/problem, I'm sure they'll find the time--

I'm in the same boat - so far I've taken the premium service away from the domain redirect option. this has sent my site back to ning and i can access the manage option.

i can't figure out where the "redirect" box is within the manage features so set it to another site so that it doesn't do the forever loop.

I feel like a twit for doing that!!! how long did it take to fix it? What did NING tell you?

Same problem here with two of my sites. You can't access the redirect section because you turned off the premium service. That option only shows up when you have the premium service. The only way this gets fixed is from the Ning side and they are nowhere to be found.

I've been waiting since last Friday, the 16th. I've got two tickets open and have posted in this forum, nothing.

Update: took them 6 days but they finally got back to me and my sites are fixed.
