custom headers on modules

any help would be great! I am trying to customize my module headers with custom images. The first 2 on the left work (with different module references) but I cannot get the rest of them to take!

The site is http://manland.ning.com and below is the css I am using. You can see that 2 are working but the rest are worthless.
