Ning Developer Network

I have been trying to submit information to NING for support of an issue that is recurring for me. I have been unable to contact them as the help page upon clicking the submit button says select subject from the drop down menu, and there is not a drop down menu to select from, so it won't submit the question for contact.

Hi Mark,

It sounds like something on your browser is preventing some of the form elements from showing up on the page. Can you try submitting your question on a different browser or machine? If this isn't possible, or if you continue to experience issues, let me know, and I'll go ahead and created a support ticket for you.

I can't get in touch with NING either and I feel very slighted by them. I am a paying member and to pay a monthly fee and not be able to get service really doesn't sit well with me.

I am about to take my networks elsewhere.

Did you ever get in touch with them?

Does anyone have a contact number for NING?

I have emailed support, the ceo and not one response.

I have several browsers installed on my computer, including IE, netscape, and mozilla firefox. None of them show me the option of the drop down menu. However I have finally determined the reason why I was not able to upload videos. which was I was not allowing the item to completely convert prior to saving, so I am not in need of support at this time, however, It would be nice to know that if I need it ever again, that I am able to access it.
