Guests to my network are having problem signing up. When they hit Sign Up (on the upper left corner of page), they are sent to this page (attached), which looks like the typical Sign-In page, but says Sign up on it. And when they entered email addresses and passwords, they were denied entry because Ning says the password is wrong. How can it be wrong when guests have not even sign up yet?
However, I have no such problem trying to sign-in or sign-up from my home PC's. When I try to sign up at home, I hit Sign Up, and I am directed immediately to the proper Sign Up screen (the one that asks email address, password (twice), and that computer generated 5-alphabet code).
My guests are overseas (in Taiwan or China).
I am using IE/XP (Chinese versions), just like guests. So the only difference could be IP addresses, or perhaps some IE properties (but I don't think it should make much difference).
So is this a software bug with NING, or is NING having some firewall against China/Taiwan based guests?
Please help. Thanks.
