Upgrading PHP to version 5.2.6 for all Networks

Hi everyone,

Over the course of next week, we will be upgrading PHP for all networks to version 5.2.6. This change will not affect any out of the box network functionality. All networks will benefit from a number of bug fixes and security enhancements. To find out more about what's included in the new PHP release, checkout http://www.php.net/releases/5_2_6.php.
