Hi there,
I have successfully set a swf as header in my new network page.
But the header pushes down the tab set, leaving a higher empty space between the tabs and the header.
In both examples (below), Flash and image are the same size: 955x264.
I'm putting across the example of the image as this having the same dimensions, won't mess the original layout.
Please refer to the shots:

I wish I could have the same separation between header and tabs when using swf header as when I use a image (jpg or png).
Could somebody give me a hand with this issue, please?
Thanks a lot,
José

Dear Wizard,
I might be good at communicating my problems, but I'm not at coding and the like :).
Sorry, bear with me.
I didn't know what to do with that piece of code (that I understood, might or might not work), but I went ahead and followed my intuition. So I look the files in dav.ning.com for my site, I picked the CSS that seemed to me the one that rules my page and I started messing with it.
I added to the beginning and play with the number, but when I get something close to my goal, the rest of the page gets screwed.

Well,
I finally managed to fix the problem.
I went to Manage>Appearance>Advance and I have played with the numbers of the CSS until I reached the wanted result.
The problem was in the "#xg_navigation ul". What I don't understand is why if I use a static image like a png or jpg everything works OK.
But if I place a flash movie (swf) this change has to be made.
