Chat For People with Source Code Access

I was wondering when those with source code access would get a version of Chat. I just tried using the Merge Tool, but didn't see any new code for the chat.

Thanks. Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't it been released already for networks that do not have source code access? If so, I guess I did not realize that Ning delayed releasing source code updates to sites that have source code access enabled. I assumed they just released the source code to us at the same time they upgraded the rest of the Ning networks.
