I'm not sure what to do when my discussions go unanswered for days? Do I assume that my questions are not relevant or that the answers are available somewhere that I am not able to find? Should I post the question again? I understand that to reply to every discussion here punctually is quite daunting ( I do think that Ning does a great job of answering so much and in a punctual manner - but there seems to be alot that doesn't get answered -plus, now the old library of posts is gone so that search results are few?? ) . It's just that I seem to get stuck on certain things and days later I still have no answer. Can I/should I be emailing [e-mail] instead? Please advise, I want to respectfully follow Ning protocol while finding answers at the same time.

One of them was about customizing the mp3 player. I find it a bit bulky and want to streamline it more like the original xspf player. I wonder if there was a way to possibly get ahold of the FLA or some other way to have more control over its look and feel.
