Display several groups on homepage

Hey,

I added some categories to the group widget. And now want to display the newest members of each category on the homepage (different blocks). Anyone an idea how to embed 2 or more instances of a widget on the homepage ?

How did you do it to add categories to the groups? I also want to categorize my groups. Hope you could share it with me.
