Tabs in Menu Form

I am trying to see if I can put different tabs into menus. How do I add a menu and put the tabs I want in there? Is this even possible without buying anything?

I would like to know this as well. I have a script and it works, however, it's not on the pages I want it to be on ... like the main page and member pages ... now it can be seen at www.usfra.org ... it's on the sign in/sign up pages. If someone can tell me where to place it and it works. I'll give the code for free!

No one could tell me how to get the scripts I created to work, so I went to Widget Laboratory and they have an awesome script called SuperTabs and it was created especially for Ning networks! It only cost 39.99 and it's you're forever! I think it's worth the cost.
