Ning Developer Network

With the latest network release we got underlined links everywhere. Although it is certainly logic it doesn't look so good in forums.

What I want - a CSS hack that brings back the old version: Underlined links most everwhere but NOT in Forum headlines.

Thanks

Hi Spence - yes you are right. Have to re-install Firebug for Firfox 3 (if it works there).
And I have to learn more CSS :-)

cheers

I took link underlines off by placing the following HTML into the Analytics Coding Area...
(( I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO PUT THE CODE ON HERE FOR YOU TO READ WITHOUT PUTTING SPACES BETWEEN THE "<" AND ">" BRACKETS, SO JUST REMOVE THOSE SAPCES. ))

< style type="text/css" >
a { text-decoration: none; }
< /style >

Works for me like a charm (takes initially a few seconds before you see the change, then it takes no time at all)

You can also manually type the "< u >" and "< /u >" codes into your blogs, etc, and it will individually override the code you put into the "Analytics" area. That way, when you feel it's important to underline text or links, you can have it on an individual basis.
