Hey there,

Does anyone know where to translate Calendar (days and months) in the new event feature?
I did translated dates in the language editor but it doesn't apply to all occurences. Take a look on this page: http://www.le400eme.com/events.

thank you.

Also sometimes AM PM is showing instead of the 24h mode.

Hope that is possible to solve as well.

It seems that some (not all) datestrings of the event feature are hardcoded.
I have tried to manage the german translation of our SN and run into the same problem.

Same problem here. I did translate all months' names in the language file and so they appear right in the small calenders on the event homepage, but everywhere the php date() format is used (eg. in the left column of the upcoming events) they are still in english.

Is there any possibilty to change the "setlocale" php command to something else than en_US? It would be really cool if it would be directly changed in accordance with the language file, eg. to "de_DE" if the Deutsch (Deutschland)" language is used.

I've scanned every post about this clock and date system issue a million places now. Everytime something concerning this problem pops up, there is no answer to a solution.

Why is'nt there ANY solution answers to this???? I'm getting more and more furious, everytime i hit the last post, still with no answer!!!!

NING! Is this like an Area 51 secret? For Gods sake, Time and Date systems are ESSENTIAL to 24 Hour clock zones.

Hello, maybe this will help:

In the Language editor find inputs like: M j, F j (this first two are on the second page just on top), F D y, mm/dd/yyyy, D M Y, etc. (there is no simple way to find this inputs, you have to scan through all of translation pages), and then take a look at this: http://hr.php.net/manual/en/function.date.php

Now you can translate date PHP code to what ever you want :)

Hope it helps! (you can check the date appearance on my network www.vaumijau.net)
