Remove network logo on profile pages

How do I allow network users to disable the network logo on their profile pages? It doesn't look right with many of the themes.

Hi There Teacherverse Admin!

I used Seashore, For Mac. If you have a windows/microsoft machine, you can use Gimp. There is a tutorial on it and you can go to it here.
