Get an app created for my social network site from app ( iphone or ipod )

Hi i have a question about apple iphone making me an app for my new social network site i created! I'd like to get an app for the apple iphone for the category under social networking in the app store on the iphone! Is this possible?? The social networking app I want created for the iphone apple store would be for web address www.mypulsecity.com

Can anyone help me out here??? Does ning even have a contact number???

If you want to make an app for your network you should download the software from apple.com

It's hard to make apps.

how I can solve a problem that is massive among many new member(potential new members). Most of them when it comes the time to put the profile photo when they are doing their member registration at my social network, they give up cause they say they would not like to expose their face photos at the profile. And even worst they do not come back later to put other photo etc. They end up not ever coming back to the website. So I think if I had as option for all (little drawing faces almost as puppetts) for example like one standard drawing boy face and other standard girl face) just to them pick and put as their profile photo when it comes the part they have to choose a photo to complete their registration at the social network.

So how can I do this? Can anyone help me out here?
