How to delete files uploaded on my network?

I know that when you upload an image or file to your network it stays there even if you delete the post or discussion. How can i make sure they're removed and not eating up my storage?

I asked about this a long time ago. They won't go in there and remove any files. I had a few PDF files I wanted to remove and they said they couldn't do it.

it's little tricky but i can tell you where you can see you all data and then you can remove that object if you're familiar with some XML and html coding

and then you should find what object you wanna remove... here is the tips you can see the date and time when that file have been uploaded then you can search that date and time based object and remove that object and it's done

am not good to writing as i'm good in visual things,.. but i guess is that what you're asking
