Members appear online on Chat window although they have logged out

My chat feature seems get a problem. Members appear online on Chat window although they have logged out or offline.

In my experience, it takes somewhere around 10 minutes for Ning's code to realize someone has logged out. Has your problem persisted for more time than that?
