adding broadcasting capabilities

I have a relatively small and private network. It would be benefitial to provide all users with the ability to broadcast messages (not just the site administrator). Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can add this feature?

You can make everyone an Admin on your network or experiment with Add a Role and make a Role that can only Broadcast Messages

Add a Role

Name your role and choose features or specific items within features for the role to moderate.
